Terms of Service

Last updated May 15, 2026

In the spirit of radical transparency

This guide translates our Terms of Service into plain English. It clarifies the relationship between our public website terms and your Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).

YOUR CORE PROTECTIONS:

1. MSA SUPREMACY:

Plain English: These public terms only apply if you are casually browsing our site or using a basic portal. If you sign an Enterprise MSA with us, your MSA completely overrides this document.

2. EXPERIMENTAL VS. DETERMINISTIC:

Plain English: Any AI advice or outputs generated on our public website are for experimental/informational use and we don't accept liability for them. Conversely, the deterministic cryptographic logs secured within your enterprise Vault are backed by the strict SLA in your MSA.

3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS:

Plain English: Do not try to reverse-engineer our code, hack our ecosystem, or use our infrastructure to host illegal content.

Critical enterprise distinction: MSA supremacy and scope of terms

Please Note: These Terms of Service (the "Legal Terms") apply strictly to your access and use of the public-facing RTFCT marketing website (rtfct.net), Agile Onboarding portals (RTFCT Connect), and general public interactions with our web presence.

For Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Sovereign-tier clients utilizing the RTFCT compliance substrate, all payload evaluations, cryptographic logs, telemetry, and uptime guarantees processed through The Forge and secured within The VLT (Vault) are strictly and exclusively governed by your executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum. In the event of any conflict between these public website Legal Terms and your fully executed MSA, the terms of the MSA shall strictly control.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

Public Infrastructure and Ecosystem Disclaimer: The public-facing components of the FYNYGRYF GROUP Ecosystem, including public artificial intelligence models and general web interfaces, may process complex data and provide simulated outputs. You acknowledge and agree that any public outputs generated outside of a contracted Sovereign Vault deployment are provided for informational and experimental purposes only. CIVITAS LLC does not provide certified legal, medical, or financial counsel. We expressly disclaim liability for any errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies generated by public or beta systems. (Note: This disclaimer does not override the deterministic cryptographic ledger guarantees specifically established within an enterprise MSA).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Except as set out in this section or your MSA, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, republished, translated, or distributed for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor; (5) you will not access the Services through unauthorized automated or non-human means; and (6) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register via RTFCT Connect to use the Services. You agree to keep your password/API keys confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account.

5. PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to discontinue any public products or SaaS tiers at any time for any reason. Prices for all public products are subject to change.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

For standard SaaS subscriptions and portal access, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cryptocurrency. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.

Note: Sovereign Tier and Vanguard Cohort enterprise contracts are initiated via direct institutional wire transfer and are governed by specialized B2B invoicing protocols.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

8. RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making any purchases. Due to the immutable, cryptographic nature of the RTFCT infrastructure, infrastructure provisioning fees are generally non-refundable once the Vault has been mathematically instantiated.

9. SOFTWARE

We may include software for use in connection with our Services. If such software is accompanied by an end user license agreement ("EULA") or MSA, the terms of that agreement will govern your use. Any public-facing software not covered by an MSA is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of any part of the Services, including NOVTN-OS, The Forge, The VLT, or the RTFCT Engine.
  • Attempt to bypass, exploit, or disrupt the sovereign infrastructure, AES-256-GCM dual-master encryption, cryptographic hashing mechanisms, or "black-box" security protocols of the RTFCT ecosystem.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material.
  • Deploy unauthorized automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the Services, except as explicitly permitted by our official API documentation.

11. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The public Services may invite you to contribute content. Any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and agree to exonerate us from any responsibility regarding them.

12. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting Contributions to the public Services, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, worldwide right and license to use, copy, reproduce, and distribute such Contributions. (This does not apply to encrypted telemetry or payloads routed into The Forge, which are strictly owned by the Client per the MSA).

13. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We may provide areas on the Services to leave reviews. We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion.

14. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

If you access the Services via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App strictly in accordance with these Legal Terms.

16. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to Third-Party Websites. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services.

17. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

19. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon any copyright you own, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

20. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to the public Services to any person for any reason, including breach of these terms.

21. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the public Services at any time. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. (Note: SLA uptime guarantees for Enterprise infrastructure are governed exclusively by the MSA).

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations: The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration: If unable to resolve a Dispute informally, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") taking place in Harris County, Texas. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

24. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the public Services that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

25. DISCLAIMER

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED IN AN APPLICABLE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT, THE PUBLIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLIC SERVICES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

26. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED IN AN APPLICABLE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PUBLIC SERVICES. OUR PUBLIC LIABILITY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR $100.00 USD.

27. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your public Contributions, use of the public Services, or breach of these Legal Terms.

28. USER DATA

For public/marketing services, you are solely responsible for data you transmit. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of public data. (Enterprise data resilience is mathematically managed across our 5-Tier Fanout Architecture as defined in the MSA).

29. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

30. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

By opting into any RTFCT Alerts text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) to your mobile number. You may opt out by replying "STOP." Message and data rates may apply.

31. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

32. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us regarding the public-facing Services. If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

33. SOVEREIGN ECOSYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND THE RTFCT ISOLATION PROTOCOL

FYNYGRYF GROUP LLC operates a broader digital ecosystem. Data collected from general public interactions across the Site may be processed across proprietary infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, D1 databases) to provide integrated services across ecosystem entities (e.g., ROK Consulting, Symurgh Labs).

The RTFCT Isolation Protocol: Notwithstanding the above, CIVITAS LLC explicitly isolates all RTFCT Enterprise and Community Substrate traffic. Telemetry, evaluations, parameters, API requests, and VLT storage logs generated by authenticated RTFCT clients utilizing The Forge are structurally partitioned. This highly sensitive compliance data is strictly governed by your MSA, is never shared with general ecosystem entities, and is mathematically shielded from internal data sharing or AI training protocols.
