Return & Cancellation Policy

In the spirit of radical transparency

This guide translates our Cancellation Policy into plain English. Because we provision heavy computational infrastructure, standard e-commerce return rules do not apply to our core products.

YOUR CORE PROTECTIONS:

1. COMPUTE IS FINAL SALE:

Plain English: Because provisioning a Sovereign Vault requires massive, non-recoverable computational resources and cryptographic locking, Vault provisioning fees are non-refundable once the Vault is built.

2. STANDARD SAAS CANCELLATION:

Plain English: If you are on a standard monthly SaaS tier, you can cancel at any time through your portal, and you simply won't be billed for the next month.

3. HARDWARE RETURNS:

Plain English: If we shipped you physical hardware, you can return it within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided you haven't "jailbroken" or tampered with the device.

Critical enterprise distinction: MSA supremacy

Please Note: This Cancellation Policy applies strictly to general software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions, physical hardware (if applicable), and public interactions managed through the RTFCT Connect portal.

For Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Sovereign-tier clients, the cancellation, termination, and data-extraction procedures for the RTFCT Substrate (The Forge and The VLT) are strictly governed by your Master Services Agreement (MSA). Due to the mathematically immutable nature of dual-master encrypted cryptographic logs, Vault provisioning fees are generally non-refundable once the Vault architecture has been successfully instantiated. In the event of any conflict between this public policy and your executed MSA, the MSA shall strictly control.


Thank you for utilizing CIVITAS LLC (doing business as RTFCT). We hope you are satisfied with your enterprise infrastructure. Please review below for more information on our cancellation and return policies.

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your standard monthly or annual SaaS subscription at any time by logging into your RTFCT Connect account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing term.

2. DIGITAL GOODS & COMPUTE-TIME (FINAL SALE)

Due to the intensive computational resources required to provision sovereign architecture, the following items and services are designated as "Final Sale" and are strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • SaaS subscription access (once the billing cycle has initiated).
  • Digital downloads and local-first AI models.
  • Compute-time allocations and API usage metrics (upon activation or access).
  • Custom legal/architectural deliverables (e.g., custom evaluation matrices, custom hardware arrays).

Legal Reference: As per applicable commercial law governing the provision of custom computational goods and bespoke compliance infrastructure, refunds cannot be honored for non-recoverable compute expenditure.

3. HARDWARE RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

For any physical components or peripheral devices provisioned by the FYNYGRYF GROUP ecosystem, returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned hardware items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Hardware Specifics:

  • Restocking Fee: All eligible hardware returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Sovereign Data Exclusion: Hardware returns do not include the refund or credit of locally-trained AI weights or sovereign data stored within the device's encrypted 'black box' layer. You are solely responsible for ensuring your data is extracted prior to hardware return.
  • FTC Compliance & Jailbreaking: We reserve the right to deny returns for items showing any signs of "jailbreaking," unauthorized hardware modification, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

4. RETURN PROCESS

To return an eligible physical item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with your Proof of Purchase and Return Form, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

6. EU & UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you possess statutory rights regarding the cancellation of online purchases. If you wish to cancel an order, return physical goods, or report damaged goods in accordance with your statutory rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer directly at [email protected] for immediate accommodation.

(Note: B2B/Enterprise contracts are exempt from standard consumer cooling-off periods).
