What RTFCT is, and what it will become
Two questions decide whether a compliance platform is worth committing to: what does it do the day it is switched on, and what will it still be doing when the law moves. This page answers both.
What RTFCT is today
RTFCT is compliance infrastructure that runs alongside an AI system rather than inside it. Four pieces are live and in production today.
- rtfct — Machine-Readable Artifact
- The lead product: cryptographic proof of every interaction. The record is self-verifying, so it does not rely on the word of the party producing it. Sidecar is how rtfct operates — it runs alongside the AI system rather than inside it, so the model stack does not have to change.
- VLT — The Vault
- Jurisdiction-aware storage with automatic retention. The record is held where the law requires, for as long as the law requires.
- Policy Packs — Every Jurisdiction, Included
- All jurisdictions are enabled at signup at no extra cost. There is no per-regulation upsell and no module to switch on after an enforcement notice arrives.
- Global Coverage — The Default
- Coverage defaults to every jurisdiction rather than the one you operate in today, because exposure follows the model, not the head office.
The tiers
Seven record tiers, billed monthly or annually at a 17 percent discount. Every tier carries the whole standard — the tier sets volume, not entitlement.

Interceptor is future state and carries no pricing — it is waitlist only until general availability. The billing toggle and the Founder Pass side door are on the plans page.
Included in every tier
- rtfct — the machine-readable artifact
- VLT — jurisdiction-aware vault and retention
- Policy Packs for all jurisdictions
- Court-ready attestations
What RTFCT will become
The standard does not stop at the record. Each horizon below is a product commitment, and every one of them lands inside the tier a licensee already holds.
2026
- Interceptor GA
- Inference-time enforcement leaves the waitlist and enters general availability, where it is priced for the first time, so a policy is evaluated as the call is made rather than reconstructed afterwards.
- Expanded Policy Packs
- Coverage widens as new statutes commence, and it arrives inside the existing subscription rather than as a priced module.
2027
- AI-Powered Compliance
- The evidence base becomes the input: the platform reads its own ledger to surface drift, gaps, and the exposures a quarterly review would miss.
- Unified Dashboard
- One operational surface across every system, jurisdiction, and vault, so a general counsel and an engineer read the same state.
2028
- Partner Ecosystem
- Distribution through firms that already hold the client relationship, carrying the standard under their own brand.
- Edge and IoT Compliance (UDBP)
- The artifact extends to mobile, sensor, and autonomous nodes through the delegation boundary protocol, offline-first.
- Ethical AI (Civitas Heart)
- Attestation above legal compliance — deontological, consequentialist, and virtue-based evaluation rather than a regulatory checklist.
